Due to ongoing concerns about COVID-19 and for the health and safety of the nCino community, we have made the decision to transform this year's nSight into a virtual experience.

During this complimentary online event, we will share a variety of video content that includes:

  • Company updates;
  • Recent and upcoming product enhancements;
  • Real-life customer stories; and
  • Information on how the nCino Bank Operating System can help your financial institution better manage your portfolio and strengthen operations during times of change and uncertainty.

What is the current status of nSight 2020?

During this complimentary online event, we will share a variety of video content that includes:

When will nSight 2020 Virtual Experience be available?
nSight 2020 Virtual Experience will launch on Wednesday, April 29th at 10am EST, with a keynote from nCino CEO Pierre Naudé. After this keynote, we'll release 20+ pre-recorded sessions covering a wide range of relevant and timely topics from other nCino leaders, customers and industry thought leaders. Can't tune in on April 29th? Don't worry—this valuable content will be available for you to watch at your own convenience – when and wherever you want.
How can I view the nSight 2020 virtual experience?
An email with detailed instructions on accessing the nSight Virtual Experience will be sent to all registered attendees. All sessions will be available on-demand. If you have any questions please contact nsightregistration@ncino.com.
Is there a deadline to register for nSight 2020?
There is no deadline. The on-demand sessions will be available any time after April 29th, so feel free to register at any point and view them at your convenience.
What is the cost of the nSight 2020 Virtual Experience?
The nSight 2020 Virtual Experience registration is free.
I already registered for nSight 2020. Do I need to cancel my registration?
nCino will cancel and fully refund all registrations—you don't need to do anything at this time. Please note that Cvent, our registration platform, has informed us that due to a high volume of cancellations, your refund may be delayed. Please allow up to fifteen days for your full refund to appear. If you used nCino bucks to pay for your registration, those will be credited back to your account so you can use them for future events or training opportunities.
I'm registered for the University @ nSight pre-conference training. What do I do?
nCino will issue a full refund for the University @ nSight 2020 training. The nCino University team will still hold all sessions remotely, using GoToTraining on April 27th – May 1st at a discounted price. More information on registration and agenda coming soon.
I booked travel for the conference already. What are my options?

If you booked a hotel reservation through our online booking website, your reservation will be automatically cancelled, and you will receive a confirmation email. If you booked directly with a hotel, please contact them as soon as possible to cancel your reservation.

We have also put together some resources to help with adjusting or canceling your nSight flight reservations. Please note, airlines are experiencing higher than normal wait times (especially over the phone) due to COVID-19 cancellations and changes, so please be patient.
