nSight is designed for all nCino users and strategic partners, as well as financial institution leaders and executives. We're also excited to welcome attendees of the SimpleNexus User Group Conference to the nSight family!
nSight costs $899. Registration will close on April 19. Note: These rates apply to financial institutions only. For more information on registration, please visit our registration page.
You may cancel your registration by April 19, 2024, to get a full refund. After April 19, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. To request a cancellation, please email nsightregistration@ncino.com.
Registrations may be transferred to a colleague at no charge if requested by April 19. After April 19 transfer requests will incur a $100 transfer fee. To request a transfer, please email nsightregistration@ncino.com.
A guest pass can be purchased for the Wednesday evening party. Please contact nsightregistration@ncino.com to purchase a guest pass.
nSight registration includes access to the multi-day conference, including all keynotes, breakout sessions, the Community Lounge, and any networking events on Tuesday and Wednesday. Registration also includes lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, as well as appetizers and beverages served at our Welcome Reception, Wednesday Happy Hour, and Wednesday evening party.

Attendees are not required to sign up for sessions in advance. By adding a session on the mobile app, you're simply creating a personal schedule, not reserving a seat. All nSight sessions are first-come, first-served. If you're attending the University @ nSight pre-conference training, you must select sessions in advance via the mobile app.
University @ nSight Optional add-on pre-conference training
There are two University @ nSight training tracks this year – Configuration and Portfolio Analytics. To learn more about each track and the types of sessions covered, please visit the University @ nSight page.
The University @ nSight – Configuration track will cost an additional $1,500. The University @ nSight – Portfolio Analytics track will cost an additional $1,000.
All University @ nSight pre-conference training sessions will take place at the Charlotte Convention Center.
Yes, you should plan on bringing your own laptop for training.
Both the University @ nSight tracks include access to the pre-conference training sessions taking place on Monday, May 13 – Tuesday, May 14. You will be able to build your own schedule and select the classes most relevant for you. University @ nSight registration also includes lunch on Monday, May 13 and Tuesday, May 14. The University @ nSight – Configuration track also includes a voucher to take a proctored nCino Certification exam during University @ nSight training.

Health & Safety
During the registration process, you'll see an option to select dietary accommodations including halal and kosher. Travel
You’re responsible for booking your hotel room, booking airfare or other method of travel, and coordinating transportation from the airport to the hotel.
Yes. nCino has negotiated discounted rates at key properties for nSight attendees. You must book your reservation through Orchid Events to receive the discounted rates. Please click here to book your reservation by April 22
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty until April 1. After this date, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. The hotel may also charge one night’s fee and tax if you cancel within 72 hours of arrival date, or an early departure fee if you check out prior to your scheduled departure date. Please refer to the cancellation policy on the hotel website.
Charlotte Douglas International airport is about 7 miles away from the Charlotte Convention Center. There are many ground transportation options available.
