Any offers from other travel companies and/or other housing agencies are not endorsed by nSight, and there is no guarantee your reservation will be confirmed. If you are contacted by any other company claiming to represent housing for nSight, please notify us. Ensure you're booking your hotel directly from this website to guarantee your reservation and access the lowest rates and prime locations.
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee for deposit of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved. Your credit card will not be charged* during this initial stage but will be held as a guarantee.
*Note: Your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel after April 1, 2024. See cancellation details below.
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty until April 1, 2024. After this date, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
The hotel may also charge one night’s fee and tax if you cancel within 72 hours of arrival date, or an early departure fee if you check out prior to your scheduled departure date.

Update Reservation
Orchid Events will send a reservation acknowledgement within 24 hours via email if booked online or by phone. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Orchid Events. You will not receive a written confirmation directly from hotel until closer to the event.
The hotel will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.
