Charlotte offers numerous hotels within walking distance of the Charlotte Convention Center. nCino has negotiated discounted hotel rates at key properties for nSight attendees. For 2023, we've also implemented a dedicated hotel book service, Orchid Events, to assist you in securing your reservation.
Hotel Reservation Deadline
Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and some properties may sell out earlier than others. All reservations must be made by April 17, 2023 to guarantee discounted rates. You can book online via the link below:

Hotel Advisory
Orchid.Events is the only official housing provider of nSight 2023. Any offers from other travel companies and/or other housing agencies are not endorsed by nSight, and there is no guarantee your reservation will be confirmed. If you are contacted by any other company claiming to represent housing for nSight, please notify us. Ensure you are booking your hotel directly from this website to guarantee your reservation will be made and to have access to the lowest rates and prime locations.
Deposit:
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee for deposit of one night's room and tax for each room reserved. Your credit card will not be charged* during this initial stage but will be held as a guarantee.
*Note: Your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel after April 3, 2023. See cancellation details below.
Reservation Acknowledgement:
Orchid Events will send a reservation acknowledgement within 24 hours via email if booked online or by phone. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Orchid Events. You will not receive a written confirmation directly from the hotel.
The hotel will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.
Cancellations & Changes:
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty until April 3, 2023. After this date, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
The hotel may also charge one night's fee and tax if you cancel within 72 hours of arrival date, or an early departure fee if you check out prior to your scheduled departure date.
