Top Things to Know Before You Go

nSight 2024 is just around the corner!

To help you make the most of your nSight conference experience, we’ve put together a short list of reminders to help you navigate nSight like a pro.

1. Receptions and Evening Events

Our receptions are a great way to mingle and meet new connections at nSight.

After picking up your badge at registration on Tuesday, join us for a Welcome Reception in the Community Lounge, sponsored by Accenture. This is your first opportunity to explore our reimagined Community Lounge while enjoying light refreshments and networking with other attendees.

If it’s your first time at nSight, be sure to take advantage of the Newcomers Reception at 3pm in the Community Lounge. We’ll be gathering at the Yellow Lounge closest to the Food Hall!

New this year, we’ve added a Hall Crawl in the Community Lounge on Wednesday at 4pm. Grab a glass of champagne and toast to a great first day of nSight.

On Wednesday night from 8pm to 10pm in the Crown Ballroom, unwind with us at our nSight-style extravaganza, “Park After Dark,” where we’ll make relaxation feel like a walk in the park. Ready to shoot some hoops? Pickleball, anyone?

And as nSight winds down, don’t miss your chance to take one final stroll around the Community Lounge during the Closing Reception on Thursday at 3pm. It’s your last opportunity to mingle with new friends and celebrate a fantastic conference.

2. Meals

Your nSight registration includes lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, as well as light refreshments at the Welcome Reception, the Wednesday evening party, and the Closing Reception on Thursday. We’ll also have snacks and beverages throughout the conference.

3. General Sessions

General Sessions will be held Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 9am – 10:30am in the Crown Ballroom. Along with some of our most innovative customers, you’ll hear from Pierre Naudé, Chairman and CEO of nCino, Taylor Nadauld, PhD, Chief Economist at nCino and Karen Snow, Global Head of Listings at Nasdaq. Make sure you get there early to grab a cup of coffee and find your seat – we’ll start promptly at 9am.

4. Community Lounge and Breakout Sessions

After General Sessions on Wednesday, head down to the Community Lounge to explore our nCino Solution Hub booths, visit with our sponsoring partners or catch a Product Pod or Lounge Live Session. Stay for lunch on us served from 12pm – 2pm in the Lounge before an afternoon of Breakout Sessions and Meetups!

On Thursday, the schedule flips, giving you an opportunity to check out a Breakout Session or participate in a Meetup immediately following General Sessions. Once Breakout Sessions conclude at 1pm, head to the Community Lounge for the afternoon. Lunch will be served in the Lounge again from 12pm – 2pm.

5. Give Back with nVolve

Each year, we offer nSight attendees a chance to give back to our host city through nVolve, nCino’s employee-led and company-supported volunteer organization. This year, nVolve is proud to support Levine Children’s Hospital, a beacon of hope for children and families in the Charlotte area. At the nVolve booth, you can create handmade blankets and fill out MadLib-style messages on postcards that we hope will bring comfort and joy to young patients during their hospital stay. You can also donate in person at nSight, in the mobile app or if you’d like to give directly, individual and corporate donations can be made to Levine Children’s Hospital through our donation link.

6. Share Your nSight!

We want to see what your nSight experience looks like!

Which speakers inspired you during general sessions? Which booths did you visit in the Community Lounge? Did you play a game of pickleball with Pierre? Share your nSight experience on social media with the #nSight2024 hashtag and make sure to tag nCino. Throughout the event, we’ll choose a few posts to reward with special nSight SWAG, so follow us on social media and keep an eye on your DMs!

You don’t need to wait for the conference to start sharing. Join our nSight LinkedIn Group and introduce yourself to start the networking early.

7. Attire and Weather

Dress for success, but be prepared for anything.

The attire for nSight is business casual, so leave your three-piece suit at home. Your hottest accessory (beside nSight socks of course) is your lanyard! It’s your ticket to everything at nSight, so wear your name badge at all times, even during the evening events.

Weather in North Carolina is beautiful 99% of the time, but it’s best to be prepared for that unpredictable 1%! Plan to bring a light layer just in case. If you get chilly or the forecast calls for rain, don’t worry— your hotel is within walking distance, so you can always make a quick trip back!

As a reminder, our mobile app is packed with helpful information – from a full schedule to interactive maps to the Wi-Fi password – the mobile app will help you navigate the conference with ease. If you have not already downloaded it, follow our instructions to get the mobile app, upload your photo and get ready for the week.

We hope you have a wonderful time at nSight 2024! See you there!
